The fact that you are reading this page means you have taken the first step to becoming a more fit, healthier you!

Regardless of your past athletic experience or current fitness level, everyone is given the opportunity to attend one of our free introductory “beginner” classes. These classes are currently held by appointment. This class is designed to help you understand what we do, why we do it, answer any questions that you may have, and let you experience your first CrossFit workout. For the beginner

Now that you have had the opportunity to see who we are, learned a little about CrossFit and experienced a CrossFit workout in the free intro class, your next step is to register for our On Ramp Program.
Our On Ramp program is designed for anyone looking to learn more about CrossFit, and for those looking to continue into our CrossFit group classes, whether you are new to exercise, train periodically all the way to experienced athletes. The course is designed for skill development and exposure to our basic movements. We will be focusing on technique to ensure safety, efficiency, and success as you move through our program. Each class will have a warm up, teaching of movements, a workout and a cool down. They will be interactive and we will answer any questions you may have. Workouts are scaled down from the start as we encourage people to focus more on mechanics, form and consistency in their workouts, rather than worrying about intensity or weight. The time you spend in the On Ramp program is up to both you and the Coach as we want you to be ready to join our regular classes.

For the experienced CrossFitter

At CrossFit Threefold safety is our number one priority. Our coaches will set up a time to meet with you to assess your current fitness level and your knowledge of CrossFit movements and terminology. If you are able to demonstrate competency in CrossFit movements you are welcome to start in our regular classes. If for any reason one of the coaches or you feels more help is need, we may require you to attend our On Ramp program.
