Today is the anniversary of the death of Sgt. James Fordyce of the USMC. Our good friends from CF Explode programmed a workout in his honor last year and we will be doing this workout tomorrow. Looks like 10+ gyms in the area will be doing this workout including both SMCF and CUB.
