Background: In honor of Fargo, ND police officer Jason Moszer (33) killed in the line of duty Feb 11, 2016, from a gunshot wound. Jason responded to a report of domestic violence in which suspect’s son had called dispatchers and said the man had fired a gun at his mother. Jason was shot inside the home and died the next day from his wounds.
– Badge number 98: 9 rounds, 8 movements.
– 6 years in service: 6 reps of each moment.
– Killed on the 300 block of 9th Ave N: 300M Run.

CFT in no way supports any of his comments and as a team we are both saddened and angered by his actions. Here at CFT we are a strong community that welcomes EVERYONE regardless of race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. We treat everyone who walks through our doors the way we would want to be treated, with empathy and compassion. Thank you Threefold Members for your continued support and community as we navigate these uncertain times. We are working hard to support your fitness goals and journey at home. Please see below for a fundraiser CrossFit is putting on to support the community.

The Support Your Local Box Fundraisers is a CrossFit event for the benefit of affiliates affected by COVID-19 around the globe.
Over a three week period, CrossFit will release three classic and accessible workouts that can be performed by participants of any ability level. There is no registration fee, but you have the option of donating $20-1,000 to the affiliate of your choice. All contributions will be given directly to CrossFit affiliates.
Registration takes place on the @crossfitgames website and will stay open for the duration of the competition. The first workout@will be released TODAY April 3rd. #supportyourlocalbox #crossfitthreefold
