Due to the weather we will move our 1pm class to 11:30am today.

All youth classes will be cancelled for this evening.

We will keep you posted on the adult crossFit evening classes.

As some of you may have recently seen, CrossFit CEO Greg Glassman made some very insensitive comments. CFT in no way supports any of his comments and as a team we are both saddened and angered by his actions. Here at CFT we are a strong community that welcomes EVERYONE regardless of race, gender, religion, or sexual orientation. We treat everyone who walks through our doors the way we would want to be treated, with empathy and compassion. Annie Thorisdottir said it best, "When you step into a CrossFit gym you leave all prejudice and stereotypes behind and you are just YOU. The weights do not discriminate and they do not lie.
